What’s new
What changes on Module, newest first. Dates are release dates; small fixes are grouped.
October 2026
- · A What's new page lists every change to the platform, by release date.
- · Public lesson pages show the outcomes of their module instead of the whole course; the lesson pages of five courses also show the questions each lesson answers (first batch).
- · English URLs for English lesson pages, with permanent redirects from the former addresses.
- · Search fixes: the onboarding page is prerendered for search engines, five lessons get distinct titles, and the navigation menu loads its full content only when first opened.
- · New course announcement email. A course added to a learning path is granted to the path's past buyers, and the terms of sale say so.
- · Administration: an audience page that reads Google Analytics (read only). Fix: analytics hits from bymodule.com were blocked by the content security policy until this release.
- · Administration: a view of cancellation reasons, and cancellation flow events in analytics. Two-step verification becomes mandatory for staff accounts.
- · Every course follows the same integration (onboarding recommendation, certificates, checkout, catalogue visibility), checked by a test that runs on every course.
- · Learner notification centre: mark as read or unread, delete, filter.
- · One layout for every platform email. Learners stay signed in after sign-up and land on their course after payment. The logo in the dashboard and the course player leads back to the dashboard home.
- · Valid course rich results and unique page titles for search engines; anti-abuse hardening.
- · Account settings for password change and notification preferences; a denser help centre with direct links.
- · In-app cancellation with offers: a short survey, a pause of one to three months, a free month, alternatives to the Pass, and reactivation.
- · Lifecycle emails at key moments of the learner journey, including a reminder before the launch offer ends.
- · Staff roles and two-step verification for staff accounts.
- · Redesign: a technical-drawing visual language across the home page, public pages, dashboard and course player.
- · Security hardening across authentication and backend services, including a 10-character minimum password. Dashboard polish.
- · Course time in the player reflects real on-screen time.
- · Public lesson previews for the 22 courses that did not have them yet.
- · Public glossary of 31 Product Management concepts, in French and English.
- · Public resource hub with filters; the glossary becomes a Library page in the dashboard.
- · Certificates for courses and learning paths: issued, shareable on LinkedIn, verifiable, with five named levels.
September 2026
- · Learning paths in the dashboard, with path progression and a completion celebration; resources (websites and GitHub repositories) in the dashboard; yearly Pass price shown.
- · Home, pricing and search overhaul, with section pages and learning path pages.
- · Product Lab published, describing the platform as shipped at that date: 31 courses in French and English, a design system on shadcn/ui with light and dark themes, the language carried by the URL.
- · First-sign-in onboarding that recommends a course, self-service data rights, micro-interactions and a launch offer.
The same log, with the decisions and the roadmap, is published in the Product Lab. See the Product Lab
